General

Please review the following basic terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from ONLYNY.COM. Please note that your use of ONLYNY.COM constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

Returns & Exchanges

Policy:

Full priced items purchased from onlyny.com are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 30 days of purchase. Any already marked down items are not eligible for return, but can be exchanged for anything else on the website. Items marked down under our Clearout collection or already marked down items that have been purchased using a discount code are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.

For all domestic customers (within the United States), a prepaid return shipping label will be provided at no charge to return your merchandise. For all international customers, return shipping costs will not be covered.

Conditions:

Items must be returned to back to us in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipts. In as-new condition is defined as unworn, unwashed, undamaged (beyond what is noted if returning/exchanging due to factory defect), and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in new condition (i.e. shoe boxes). We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the merchandise does not meet this criterion. Returns and exchanges are not available for any product returned to us after the 30 day window.

*Items purchased online cannot be returned at our flagship store in the Lower East Side or at our store in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

*Please note that the customer is liable for all lost and stolen packages.

Refunds:

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns do take us 2-3 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

Exceptions:

If you return more than $500 in a 12 month period you may be subject to a modified return policy. We will contact you if you are subject to the modified policy.

Damaged Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service within 48 hours of receiving at info@onlyny.com. Damaged items must be returned to back to us within 14 days from the date of receiving in their original packaging, in as-new condition with printed receipt.

 

Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time:

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. However, please allow up to 8 business days for processing (especially during promotional periods). All orders are shipped from New York City and delivery time is based on shipping method. See below for details.

Tracking Issues:

Please note, if your tracking states that your package has been delivered, but you have not received anything yet, please allow 24 hours after the stated delivery time to contact us. Sometimes packages are scanned early or accidentally delivered to a neighbor. If your package has not been located after the above time period, please reach out to us for assistance at info@onlyny.com.

Domestic (USA)

ONLY NY INC is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments and the buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier.

DHL Expedited 2-5 Day

  • Standard delivery time is 2-5 days from date shipped.
  • Shipping prices are flat rates calculated using weight and destination.

USPS Priority Mail

  • Standard delivery time is 1-3 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
  • Shipping prices are calculated using real time quotes and are based on weight and destination.

UPS Ground

  • Standard delivery time is 4-7 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
  • Shipping prices are calculated using real time quotes and are based on weight and destination.

UPS 2nd Day

  • Available within the 48 continental states. Delivery time is 1-2 business days from date shipped, but can take longer depending on when the package is packed and picked up.
  • Shipping prices are calculated using real time quotes and are based on weight and destination.

International

Customs & Duties:

  • We currently offer DHL Direct and Standard Shipping, USPS Priority Mail International, and UPS Worldwide Expedited Shipping. We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, ONLY NY INC is not responsible for return shipping costs or for retrieving merchandise. ONLY NY INC is not responsible for international shipping delays, such as customs delays, and is not held responsible for any customs duties or taxes issued by your respective country. We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. The buyer assumes all responsibilities of claims made with the shipping carrier and all duties/fees incurred on the shipment.   • Goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Only NY to import the goods on their behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Only NY may delegate the obligation to import the goods on their behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker). The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.
  • Note: It can take up to 6 weeks from the date the package is shipped to clear international customs and arrive at international destinations.

Shipping Restrictions:

  • Please note that the Shipping and Billing country must match.
  • At this time, we are only able to ship products from the Stanton Street Sports collections to Europe.
  • Additionally, we are unable to ship decks or the PRO-Keds NYC Parks Royal Hi outside of the contiguous United States. All orders placed outside of the lower 48 will be refunded for said items.
  • Our 2019 PRO-Keds Royal Lo Plus will be available in the United States as well as shipped to the following countries: Australia, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and South Korea. All orders placed outside of those listed will be refunded for said items.

      DHL International Direct and Standard:

      For all DHL international and domestic shipping options, tracking door to door is included. DHL Direct and DHL Standard are guaranteed, reliable services for international shipments.

          Australia, Canada, Europe, UK, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, and South Korea

            • DHL Direct delivery time is 3-10 days from date shipped and $20 or $30 USD on all orders. This service offers the ability to pay taxes and duties at checkout if you choose.
            • DHL Standard delivery time is 8-14 days from date shipped and $20 - $30 USD on all orders. This service does not offer the ability to pay taxes and duties at checkout.  

          Rest of the World

            • DHL Direct delivery is not available.
            • DHL Standard delivery time is 4-14 days from date shipped and $20 on orders up to $1,000 USD. This service does not offer the ability to pay taxes and duties at checkout.

          USPS Priority Mail International:

            • USPS Priority Mail International is a reliable service for international shipments.
            • Standard delivery time for USPS Priority Mail International is 6-10 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
            • Pricing is calculated at checkout using USPS real time quotes and is based on weight and destination.

          UPS Worldwide Expedited:

          Rest of the World

            • UPS Worldwide Expedited is a guaranteed, reliable service for international shipments.
            • Standard delivery time for UPS Worldwide Expedited is 3-4 business days from date shipped, but may take longer.
            • Pricing is calculated at checkout using UPS real time quotes and is based on weight and destination.
