Tasks of Sales Associate include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service

• Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service according to Only NY standards on the sales floor, at the fitting room and at the cash point.
• Demonstrate sales techniques and promote merchandise to customers in-store.

• Adhere to work scheduled, inclusive of time and attendance. Assisting team to ensuring daily and weekly tasks are successfully completed.

• Ensure that the visual presentation of the store, garment presentation and styling are in accordance with Only NY standards to maximize sales and create an inspirational shopping experience for our customers.
• Aware of store goals and sales figures, collectively working with the team to meet goals.
• Assist in all areas of stock, shipping and receiving protocol/policies, procedures.

• Improving visual merchandising / displays / signage to represent new releases, sales, top-selling items.
• Maintaining and initiating updated / season specific window installations.

• Previous retail experience.
• Experience with POS systems (ideally Lightspeed).
• Close connect and understanding of our market/audience.
