Tasks of Key Holder include, but are not limited to:

Customer Service

• Provides excellent direct and indirect customer service according to Only NY standards on the sales floor, at the fitting room and at the cash point.
• Demonstrate sales techniques and promote merchandise to customers in-store.

Leadership

• Assist store Manager and leaders with executing business initiatives in an effective and efficient manner.
• Aware of store goals and sales figures, collectively working to meet daily/weekly/ monthly goals.
• Collaborate with store manager in areas of risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
• Adhere to work scheduled, inclusive of time and attendance.
• Assisting Manager with initiating and directing employees to maintain focus and productivity.
• Assisting Manager to ensuring daily and weekly tasks are successfully completed.

Job Knowledge

• Ensure that the visual presentation of the store, garment presentation and styling are in accordance with Only NY standards to maximize sales and create an inspirational shopping experience for our customers.
• Implement store Opening & Closure procedures.
• Overseeing, creating & sharing ownership of the weekly store PO.
• Managing breaks amongst staff when the Manager is absent.
• Assist in the training of sales staff in all areas of appropriate register usage and maintenance.
• Understand and properly execute all management register functions
• Assist in all areas of stock, shipping and receiving protocol/policies, procedures.
• Responsible for EOD reporting.

Visual Merchandising

• Improving visual merchandising / displays / signage to represent new releases, sales, top-selling items.
• Maintaining and initiating updated / season specific window installations.
